Overstay in Thailand? If you have a visa in Thailand and it has expired then you are very likely going to get blacklisted in Thailand. Thai Immigration has again published the length of blacklisting for Thailand for those who overstay their visa while in Thailand. Note that you would need to speak to an attorney in Thailand if you are on overstay as the punishment differs as explained below.
